The Bandol terroir is expressed in three colors: red, rosé and white. Three very different styles of wine, but rarely does a winemaker consistently excel at producing all three. Château Vannières has been making sought after red, rosé, and white wines since 1957. Today Château Vannières is classified among the six most prestigious estates within Provence. The vineyards reside in a natural amphitheater overlooking the Mediterranean sea. The vines are planted on terraces which are farmed in the purest tradition of the appellation.

The wines of Château Vannières showcase a spectrum of powerful flavor from elegant blends of southern French varietals. From the heart of the Mediterranean, these wines are complex and bold with distinct mineral character that speak to the ingredients of Mourad’s Moroccan influenced California cuisine. This promises to be an eye-opening culinary experience highlighting the exotic flavors of a very unique part of the world.
